At Dwaraka Collection, we do not accept returns on any jewellery products once they have been delivered.

If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you may request a replacement.

To process your replacement request:

A clear unboxing video showing the damaged or defective product is mandatory.
The replacement request must be submitted within the specified time after delivery.
After verification, the replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.

Replacement requests without valid video proof may not be accepted.

We deliver orders across India with secure packaging.

Delivery time depends on your location and the jewellery ordered.
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
